Silmo Brunssum! At Silmo, we're committed to providing a harmonious and
unforgettable dining experience by bringing the finest Asian and European
culinary traditions together. We source our ingredients responsibly and are
mindful of the environment. We open seven days a week for dinner with
reservations and walk-in. Our team will be delighted to welcome you to our
house.
Allergens
In case of any dietary requirements, including intolerances and allergies, please inform us when making a reservation. When making an online reservation, mention this in the ‘special request’ section.
The menu information provided should not be considered as any form of guarantee. You should assess your own level of risk, based on your personal circumstances, before eating any of our dishes.
Corkage Fee
You are welcome to bring bottles of wine that are not represented on our wine list. €40 per 750ml bottle.
Minors
We do not serve alcohol if you are under 18 years of age or cannot show proof of identity upon the request of one of our employees. This also applies if you are accompanied by a parent or supervised by an adult.
Non-Smoking
Our restaurant and terrace are non- smoking.
No Show
Late cancellation fees apply to all group dining reservations and reservations during key season dates, e.g., Christmas and New Years Eve.

Friday – Sunday 16.00 – 22:30
The kitchen last round at 21:30, bar last round 22:00, exact timing may vary day by day depending on the capacity.

Reservation Changes
We cannot guarantee your reservation in case you do not inform us of changes.
Re-Confirmation
We will contact you by e-mail, text or telephone to re-confirm your reservation. We reserve the right to cancel your reservation if we do not receive a re-confirmation.
Running Late
Contact the restaurant in case you are running late. If you do not inform us, we will release your table after 15 minutes.
Table Preferences
While we will consider your preferences, a specific table or location preference is never guaranteed. This also applies to our terrace.
Silmo
Brunssum offers stylish group dining experience to parties of 6 and above and
we require a credit card guarantee for reservation. The intention is to prevent
no-shows and not having to turn away other guests unnecessarily. We, hereby,
ask for your understanding. The cancellation policy and no-show fee will be
stated in your reservation confirmation.
For larger groups with at least 8 people (incl. children), the first 5 rounds of dishes will be discussed upfront with the main guest, so that our house will have enough time to prepare your unforgettable evening. We, hence suggest you to get into contact with us by email a couple of days prior. Reservations without prior discussions will be declined.
The intention of this is to prevent no-shows and not to have to unnecessarily disappoint other guests. We hereby ask for your understanding. The cancellation policy and no-show fees will be stated in your booking confirmation.
